Learned Counsel for the Applicants in IA No.897 of 2026 submits that the office objections, for the removal of which Civil Revision Application (ST) No.33706 of 2025 came to be dismissed, have already been removed, and, inadvertently, an endorsement was not made that the office objections were removed, and, therefore, the Civil Revision Application came to be dismissed. In view of the aforesaid submission, and to advance the cause of substantive justice, the order dated 1 December 2025 dismissing the CRA for non-removal of office objections, stands set aside and CRA(ST) No.33706 of 2025 stands restored to file, subject to the Applicants removing office objections, if any, within a period of one week from today. 4.
Interim Application No.897 of 2026 stands disposed. 5.
CRA(ST) No.33706 of 2025 be numbered and listed as a fresh matter along with WP No.12970 of 2025 on 17 February 2026. 6.
In the meanwhile, ad-interim relief granted in WP No.12970 of 2025 shall continue to operate.
