Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that the office objections, for the removal of which Civil Revision Application (ST) No.32364 of 2025 came to be dismissed, would be removed within a period of three weeks from today. 2.

In view of the aforesaid submission, and to advance the cause of substantive justice, the delay in filing the present application stands condoned and the order dated 17 November 2025 dismissing the CRA for non-removal of office objections, stands set aside and CRA(ST) No.32364 of 2025 stands restored to file, subject to the Applicants removing office objections, if any, within a period of three weeks from today.
