Heard learned counsel for the Applicant in this Interim Application. Despite service, learned counsel for the Respondents are not represented. Affidavit of service is tendered and taken on record.

By this Interim Application, the Applicant / Petitioner has prayed that the Applicant / Petitioner be permitted to amend the Petition and place on record certain additional documents, as set out in the Schedule-I annexed to the Interim Application and also a prayer is made in terms of the ScheduleI, the Applicant / Petitioner be permitted to amend the Petition with consequential amendments.

Having heard the learned counsel for the Applicant / Petitioner and also perused the averments made in the Interim Application and also considering the fact that the Petition is at the stage of admission, in our opinion the Interim Application for amendment needs to be allowed.

The Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) to (c). Amendment to be carried out within a period of three weeks from today..

The amended copy be served on all the parties. Also the office objections be removed within the period of three weeks from today.

The Interim Application stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No costs.
