Heard learned counsel for the applicant. This is an application for setting aside the order passed by Registrar (Judicial -I) refusing registration of the writ petition on account of failure on the part of the applicant/petitioner to remove office objections. 2.

For the reasons mentioned in paragraph 3 of the application and in view of the oral submissions made by learned counsel for the applicant that no prejudice would be caused to the respondent

Further, for the reasons mentioned in the application, the order dated 12/06/2025 passed by Registrar (Judicial-I) is set aside. The writ petition is restored to file subject to removing office objections within a period of 3 weeks from today. 4.

The interim application is disposed of.
