Having heard the learned AGP for the applicant (Original Respondent No. 3) seeking extension of time to abide by directions given by this Court in the order dated 30th April 2025 while disposing of the writ petition, we find that the Original Respondent No. 2- Pimpari Chinchwad Municipal Corporation, may have some explanation to give as to the reason why the applicant was unable to abide by the timelines specified by this Court in the order dated 30th April, 2025.

The learned counsel appearing for the Original Respondent No. 2Sweety

906-IA-943-2026.doc Corporation submits that he will take specific instructions in the matter and report to this Court on the next date of hearing. List this application for further consideration on 12th February 2026, in the supplementary list. 3.

The learned counsel for the Original Respondent No. 2- Corporation shall take specific instructions with regard to the amount of compensation determined in respect of the petitioner and regarding payment of 50% amount at the earliest, apart from seeking instructions on the question of disposal of the representation of the petitioner with regard to rental compensation.
