Mr. Sharma seeks time in view of discovery of an order dated 19.08.2003 passed in L.C. Suit No.3930 of 2003 by this Court, inter alia, with respect to the same Suit structures. He would submit that he would like to ascertain the status of the said Suit proceedings since the order dated 19.08.2003 is an interlocutory order passed by the Court. I have perused the said order. Prima facie the same pertains to the Suit structures in the present case itself.
