This Interim Application is taken out for restoration of Civil Revision Application which has been dismissed for non-removal of the office objections, pursuant to the order dated 25th August 2025 and 9th September 2025 passed by the learned Registrar (JudicialII). 2.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondents strongly opposes the Interim Application.

However, for the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). 4.

Consequently, the order dated 25th August 2025 and 9th September 2025 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II) are quashed and set aside and the Civil Revision Application is restored to the file of this Court, on the condition that the Applicant complies with the office objections within a period of two weeks from today.

Accordingly, the Interim Application is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.

List the Civil Revision Application on 17th March 2026. 7.
