By these Interim Applications, the Applicants/original Petitioners have sought for permission to amend the Writ Petitions in view of change in nomenclature of Petitioner No. 1 Association in cause title and consequential references as per Schedule - I annexed. 2.

Having perused the averments in the Interim Applications as well as the Registration Certificates issued by the Deputy Charity Commissioner, Nashik, it appears that the nomenclature of Petitioner No. 1 has changed. In view thereof, the Interim Applications are allowed. 3.

The Petitioners shall carry out amendment as per Schedule I annexed 5/6
