By this Interim Application, the Applicant / original Petitioner has sought restoration of the captioned Writ Petition to the SHARAYU PANDURANG KHOT file of this Court.

The Writ Petition had been rejected by the conditional order dated 4th December 2025 for non removal of office objections 1/3

within the stipulated period of two weeks.

The Applicant has stated that due to default of the Advocate's Clerk, the office objections were neither removed nor information of the same was provided by virtue of which the Writ Petition came to be rejected.

Having considered the averments in the Interim Application, the relief sought for in the Interim Application requires to be granted.

5.

The Applicant being a lay person, should not be made to suffer on account of the default of the Advocate / Advocate's Clerk. 6.

Accordingly, the Interim Application is allowed. 7.

The Writ Petition is restored to file by recall of the conditional order dated 4th December 2025 passed by the Registrar (Judicial - I).

8.

The Applicant shall remove the remaining office 2/3

objections within a period of two weeks from the date of uploading of this order, failing which, will result in rejection of the Writ Petition without further reference to this Court.

9.
