Heard the learned Counsel for the appellant.

Mr. Patil, the learned Counsel for the applicant on instructions submits that, the applicant would remove office objections within a period of three weeks.

For the reasons assigned in the application and to advance the cause of substantive justice, and, the submissions on behalf of the applicant that, the applicant would remove office objections within a period of three weeks, the delay in taking out the application stands condoned and the order dated 20th December, 2024 dismissing the Second Appeal for nonremoval of office objections stands set aside and the SA(st)/28742/2023 stands restored to file, subject to the SAINATH, PA 1/2

It is hereby made clear that, if the office objections are not removed within the said period of three weeks, this order shall stand recalled and the Second Appeal dismissed without further reference to the Court.

The Interim Application stands disposed.
