This Interim Application has been filed seeking a clarification of the Order dated 13th October, 2025 passed by this Court. 2.

By the Order dated 13th October, 2025, the following reliefs were granted :

sr.1-ia-1078-2026.doc "(a) this Hon'ble High Court be pleased to condone the delay of 30 days for filing present Interim Application.

(b) this Hon'ble High Court be pleased to recall the Order dated 24.01.2025 and restore the aforesaid First Appeal in its original position."

This Interim Application seeks to clarify that, when the Order dated 13th October, 2025 directs that the first Appeal would be restored to its original position, the same means that the interim reliefs granted on 2nd February, 1998 by this Court, in Civil Application No. 6658 of 1997, would continue.

Accordingly, it is clarified that the interim relief granted by this Court by its Order dated 2nd February 1998 would continue till the disposal of the Appeal.

The learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the Respondents requests that the hearing of the First Appeal be expedited. Accordingly, since the First Appeal is of the year 1997, the hearing of the same is hereby expedited.

The Interim Application is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
