The learned Counsel for the applicants submits that, the applicants would remove the office objections within a period of two weeks.

In view of the aforesaid submission and to advance the cause of substantive justice, the order dated 15th December, 2025 passed by the Registrar dismissing the Civil Revision Application (St) No. 21690/2025 for non-removal of office objections stands set aside and Civil Revision Application (St) No. 21690/2025 stands restored to file, subject to the applicant removing the office objections within a period of two weeks.
