Interim Application has been preferred seeking to serve the Respondent No.2 by substituted service. The Bailiff report indicates that the notice could not be served upon the Respondent No.2 as the premises was found locked and on inquiry, it was informed that the Respondent No.2 has left the premises long back and presently residing at his native place at Bihar and his address is not known to the neighboring occupants.

In view of the Bailiff report placed on record, the Applicant is permitted to serve the Respondent No.2 by substituted service by publishing the notice in one English and one vernacular newspaper, returnable on 1st April, 2026.
