learned Counsel for the Appellant on instructions makes a statement that the Appellant- insurer would deposit the entire amount of compensation with interest as directed by the impugned Judgment and Award dated 04.08.2025 passed in MACP No. 373 of 2017 within a period of 6 weeks from today. The statement is accepted as undertaking to the Court.
