For the reasons mentioned in the Application, Interim Application No.1273 of 2026 is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Delay stands condoned. Abatement, if any stands condoned. Necessary amendment is permitted to be carried out as per Schedule-B within a period of two weeks from today. Reverification stands dispensed with. Amended copy of cause-title be served on Respondents by Advocate for Applicant.
