In these circumstances, the application stands allowed. 6.

The petitioner is permitted to serve respondent Nos.10, 11 and 16 to 23 by way of substituted service in the nature of paper publication in Marathi Newspaper "Dainik Prabhat" Pune Edition and English Newspaper "The Indian Express" Pune Edition.

The notice be made returnable on 16th June, 2026. 8.
