This is an application for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the Appellant/Insurer in pursuant to the order dated 14th August 2025.

There is no dispute about the fact that in connected Appeal bearing No. 1807 of 2025, the Claimants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited. This Court has no reason to take a different view in the present Appeal. 3.
Hence, the Claimants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited by the Insurer on usual undertaking. 4.
The Interim Application No. 1283 of 2026, therefore, stands partly allowed in the above terms.
