The relief sought in the Interim Application is seeking restoration of the Civil Revision Application (St.) No.29633 of 2025. The said Civil Revision Application has been dismissed for non compliance of office objection by conditional order dated 06th October 2025 passed by learned Registrar (Judicial-II). Akash

Ms. Gupta submits that the Civil Revision Application has been dismissed at pre-admission stage and notice has also been not issued to the Respondents.

Accordingly, for the reasons set out in Interim Application the same is allowed. Order dated 06th October 2025 passed by learned Registrar (Judicial-II) is quashed and set aside. The Civil Revision Application is restored to the file of this Court on the condition that the Applicants will remove office objection within a period of four weeks from today.

The Interim Application is disposed in above terms with no order as to costs.
