IA/17130/2023 IN 14) This interim application has been filed by the applicant for seeking stay to the execution, operation and implementation of the judgment and award dated 4/5/2019 passed by 4th Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Alibag, in L. A.R. No. 103 of 2017. 15) Subject to the State depositing the entire award amount alongwith accrued interest within a period of twelve weeks from today in the Reference Court, there will be stay to the execution of the judgment and award dated 4/5/2019 passed by 4th Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Alibag, in L. A.R. No. 103 of 2017. 16) 17) Admit.
