By an order dated 3rd February, 2026, this Petition was dismissed for want of prosecution. We have perused the averments made in the Interim Application. We consider it in the interest of justice to restore the Petition.

It is accordingly restored. The costs of Rs.10,000/- to be deposited with "The High Court Employees Medical Welfare Fund at Mumbai", having A/c No.000120110001337, Bank of India, Mumbai Main Branch, Mumbai, having IFSC Code BKID0000001, within a period of one week from today. 4.

The Interim Application stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No costs.
