Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the respondent. 2.
This application is filed by the original respondent No.1, seeking modification of the order dated 25th June 2025 passed by this Court. By the said order, this Court had set aside an order dated 3rd May 2019 passed by the Assistant Charity Commissioner, whereby a change report was accepted.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that follow up directions were required to be given, so that the change report
bipin prithiani 1-ia-1387.26.doc could have been decided by the Assistant Charity Commissioner upon its order being set aside.

This Court finds that the change report was submitted in the year 2019 by the trustee i.e. respondent No.1. It would be appropriate that a clarification is granted, so that the trust is not hampered, in any manner, in taking appropriate steps in accordance with law, with regard to members of the trust and affairs thereof.

In view of the above, this application is disposed of by clarifying that the order dated 25th June 2025 passed by this Court, allowing Writ Petition No. 4609 of 2025, shall not come in the way of the aforesaid Trust proceeding strictly in accordance with law, in respect of the original petitioner and his membership of the Trust, by following the principles of natural justice.
