This is an application for substitution of the deceased power of attorney holder. The original Petition was filed through Mr. Sopan Ram Pawar, who was holding the power of attorney on behalf of the original Petitioner Smt. Leelawati Sopan Pawar. Sopan Pawar was her husband. He has passed away on 26/02/2025. A copy of the death certificate is annexed to this MANUSHREE NESARIKAR application. Therefore, for continuing the Writ Petition it is by MANUSHREE NESARIKAR Date: 2026.03.09 11:42:12 +0530 necessary that the Petitioner is represented properly either by Nesarikar

2 / 2 10-IA-1401-26-IN-WP-2245-15.odt herself or through new power of attorney holder. Therefore, this application is preferred. The prayer is made that Mr. Yuvraj Sopan Pawar be permitted to represent the Petitioner as her new power of attorney holder.

In the interest of justice, the application is allowed. 3.

Mr. Yuvraj Sopan Pawar is permitted to represent the original Petitioner in the capacity of her power of attorney holder.

Application is allowed to that extent.

Amendment be carried out in the cause title of the original Petition, within a period of three weeks from today. 6.

He shall also reverify the memo of the original Writ Petition.

The matter be listed for consideration on 08/04/2026. The new power of attorney holder shall file Vakilpatra of his Advocate.
