P.C. :- 1.
The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits, on instructions, that after these Petitions were filed, a fresh notification has been issued by the State of Maharashtra, thereby amending the impugned notification. The Petitioners, therefore, desire to pose a fresh challenge to the amended notification by filing fresh Writ Petitions. They accordingly seek leave to withdraw these Petitions with liberty to file fresh Petitions challenging the new notification. 2.
In view of the above, these Petitions are disposed off as withdrawn, on instructions, with liberty to file fresh Petitions. All contentions of the stakeholders raised in these Petitions, as well as those that may be raised in the newly filed Petitions, are kept open.
