By this Interim Application, the Applicants / Original Petitioners have sought permission to carry out amendment in the Writ Petition as per the schedule annexed to the Interim Application. By this amendment sought, the Applicants are amending the existing grounds as well as adding further grounds and replacing prayer clauses. It is stated in the Interim Application that the Respondents are reluctant to implement the judgment / order of the Nagpur Bench 1/3
of this Court in Writ Petition No.4337 of 2023. 2.
The present Writ Petition has been filed by the Petitioners for regularization of the Petitioners as per the judgment dated 7th April, 2025 passed by the Nagpur Bench of this Court in the Writ Petition No.4337 of 2023. The Petitioners therein were some of the employees of the Respondent - Corporation. 3.
The learned Counsel for the Respondents has submitted that the Respondents without accepting the merits of the amendment do not oppose it being carried out.

The Applicants / Petitioners shall carry out the amendment in the Writ Petition in terms of schedule annexed to the Interim Application within a period of one week from today. Reverification is dispensed with. 5.
Interim Application is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

The amended Writ Petition shall be served by the 2/3
Advocates for the Petitioners on the Respondents upon carrying out the amendment.
7.
The Respondents shall file their Affidavits in Reply to the amended Writ Petition within a period of two weeks from service of the amended Writ Petition.
8.
The Petitioners are at liberty to file Affidavit in Rejoinder thereto within a period of one week thereafter. 9.
Place the Writ Petition for consideration on 8th April, 2026.
