This Appeal is for restoration of First Appeal which came to be dismissed by Registrar (Judl.-II) by an order dated 19/11/2025 for the reason that the Appellant has failed to remove office objections. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Appellant submits that against the same Judgment and Award impugned in the present appeal, appeal has been filed by claimant bearing No. F.A./1598/2025 is pending before the Court. He undertakes to remove office objection within a period of four weeks.

In view of pendency of appeal filed by other side and as the Appellant has undertaken to remove office objections within a period of four weeks, application stands allowed. Appeal is restored. 4.

In case of office objections are not removed within a period of four weeks then this order shall stand vacated without reference to the Court and Appeal would be treated as dismissed. In case objections are removed in time, place appeal for hearing before this Court. (R. M. JOSHI, J.) 2/2
