By this application, the applicant (original petitioner) seeks restoration of the writ petition, which was dismissed on account of failure to remove the office objections.

The reasons for seeking restoration are stated in Paragraphs 7, 8 and 9 of the application. Although there is considerable delay in filing the present application, considering the fact that the petitioner claims to be a farmer and is unaware of the procedural requirements of the Court, we are inclined to take a sympathetic view and allow the application. 3.

In view of the above, the application is allowed in terms of prayer SB
