Learned Counsel for the Applicant/Appellant makes statement that Respondent's Counsel is duly served with the notice. He drew attention of this Court to the order dated 24th March, 2026 indicating that this Court has permitted the withdrawal of amount from the amount of Rs.11,90,000/-. According to him by consent of both the sides, 50 % amount was allowed to be withdrawn from the amount kept in fixed deposit of Rs. 8,00,000/-, permitting the said amount to be released from Fixed Deposit. Thus according to him, the said fact is not reflected in the order. Hence he seeks correction to that effect. 27th April, 2026

In view of the above Para-6 of the order be replaced as under :- "6.
Hence, the following order:
ORDER
i) Applicant/Original Claimant is permitted to withdraw 50% amount out of the sum of Rs.11,90,000/-with accrued interest.
ii) The Appellant-Original Claimant is permitted to withdraw 50 % of the amount from Rs. 8,00,000/- (Rupees Eight Lakhs only) iii) In view of this, order of investment is Rs. 8,00,000/- stands dissolved.
iv) The application stands disposed of in the above terms. "

Corrections be made accordingly and corrected order be uploaded on the website. Rest of the order to remain unchanged.

The praecipe is accordingly disposed of.
