By this Application, the Applicant has sought for restoration of the writ petition by setting aside the order dated 27 November 2025 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-I), whereby the writ petition came to be rejected conditionally for non-removal of office objections. 2.
The Applicant has stated that, due to inadvertence on the part of the clerk who was attending to the matter, the order dated 27 November 2025 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-I) was not communicated to the Advocate1/3

It is further stated that when the Advocate-on-Record made an inquiry with the Registry on 12 January 2026, in connection with another connected matter that was listed on board, he learnt that the present matter had been rejected vide order dated 27 November 2025 and, therefore, the writ petition was not listed.

We have perused the averments in the Interim Application. The Applicant should not be made to suffer on account of the default of the clerk in not communicating the said order dated 27 November 2025 to the Advocate-on-Record.

Satisfactory, sufficient cause has been shown for restoration of the present petition.

Hence, the following order is passed.
ORDER
i.
The conditional order dated 27 November 2025 passed by the Registrar (Judicial -I) of this Court, pertaining to the present writ petition is set aside ii.
The Writ Petition (st) No. 32230 of 2025 is restored to file of this Court.
iii.
The Petitioner is granted one last opportunity to remove the office objections within three weeks from uploading of this order and restore the petition. In the event of failure to do so, the writ petition shall stand rejected without further reference to this Court. 2/3

Interim Application is accordingly disposed of. v.
The Petitioner shall serve the restored writ petition on the Respondents.
