The learned Counsel for the Applicant on instructions submits that the Applicant will remove the office objections within a period of three weeks.

In view of the aforesaid statement and for the reasons assigned in by ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Date: 2026.02.24 14:42:27 +0530 the Application and also to advance the cause of substantive justice, the order dismissing the Revision Application for non-removal of office objections stands quashed and set aside and the Revision Application (Stamp) No. 17223 of 2025 restored to file, subject to the Applicant removing office objections within a period of three weeks. In the event office objections are removed within said period, list the Revision Application for 'Admission' as a fresh matter. 5.

In case the office objections are not removed within the said period, this order shall stand recalled and Revision Application (Stamp) No. 17223 of 2025, shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
