As per office note, the notices issued to respondents were returned unserved with Bailiff's remark dated 22/06/2021, "Gone out to the Hospital and No fix time to return".

The learned Advocate for applicant is not aware of any other address of respondents. Thus, only option left is to serve the respondents by way of paper publication.

The address of above respondents mentioned in the notice are same as mentioned in the Interim Application and in the memo of Civil Revision Application as well as Exh. 'A' in Marji Application No. 352 of 2019 before the Trial Court.

In turn, Interim Application No. 1624 of 2026 for paper publication is allowed. Issue paper publication notice to the respondents. The learned Advocate for the Applicant is directed to collect the publication notice within 02 (two) weeks and submit service affidavit with paper cutout within 04 (four) weeks.
