In view of the aforesaid submissions and for the reasons assigned in the Application and also to advance the cause of substantive justice, the delay in filing the Application for restoration of the Revision Application which was dismissed for non-removal of the office objections stands condoned, and the order dated 8th October 2025 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-II) dismissing the Revision Application for non-removal of office objections stands set aside and Civil Revision ARS 1/2

20-IA-1630-2026.DOC Application 414 of 2025 restored to file, subject to the Applicant removing office objections within a period of two weeks from today. 4.

In the event, the office objections are removed, list the Revision Application as a 'fresh matter'.
