Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

For the reasons assigned in the Application and also to advance ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL the cause of substantive justice, the Application deserves to be allowed ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Date: 2026.04.24 09:30:37 +0530 and the delay in filing the Application stands condoned. 3.

The order dated 24th September 2025 dismissing the Civil Revision Application (Stamp) No. 21992 of 2025, for non-removal of the office objections stands set aside and Civil Revision Application (Stamp) No. 21992 of 2025 stands restored to file. 4.

The office objection to the effect that the photostat copies annexed to the Application are not legible stands dispensed with, in ARS 1/2

22-IA-1632-2026.DOC view of the undertaking that the Applicant will not rely upon those documents, during the course of the arguments. 5.

If there are any other office objections, the Applicant shall remove those office objections within a period of one week. 6.

In the event, the office objections are removed, list the Civil Revision Application as a 'fresh matter'.

In case the office objections are not removed within the said period, this order shall stand recalled and Civil Revision Application (Stamp) No. 21992 of 2025, stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
