NOB-2. IA 1720.2026 Nilesh N. Shah vs. Designated Officer, MCGM (i) In paragraph 2(ii) in the 2nd line, Interim Application (St.) no. 11349 of 2022 shall stand replaced with "Interim Application (St.) no. 10566 of 2022".

(ii) In paragraph 2(v) in the 4th line, Interim Application no. 2090 of 2022 shall stand replaced with "Interim application no. 2909 of 2022" and Interim Application (St.) no.11349 of 2022". 4.

Order dated 27th February 2026 shall stand modified to the extent as above and a copy of the updated/modified order shall be uploaded on the website .
