Heard learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner. 2.
By this application, the applicant seeks restoration of writ petition, which stood dismissed for non-removal of office objections, in terms of order dated 07.10.2025, passed by Registrar (Judicial-I). 3.
Having perused the reasons stated in paragraph Nos.6 to 10 of the application, we are satisfied that sufficient grounds are made out for allowing the application.

In view of the above, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).
