By these Interim Applications, the Applicant/Appellant is seeking condonation of delay of 70 days in filing the captioned Commercial Appeals from Order. We have perused the averments in the Interim Applications and have noted that the Applicant and Respondents were in settlement talks which failed and in view of which there has been a delay of 70 days in filing the captioned Commercial Appeals from Order from the date of withdrawal of the First Appeal from Order. Further, the certified copy of the impugned Order passed on 31st January, 2025 was not made available inspite of Application of the Applicant on 4th February, 2025. 2.

In view thereof, we allow the Interim Applications and condone the delay of 70 days in filing the captioned Commercial Appeals from Order.

The captioned Commercial Appeals from Order are restored to the file of this Court.
