The present Appeal impugns an ad-interim order dated 8th October 2020 under which the Appellant was refused ad-interim relief. Since then, no ad-interim protection has been granted to the Appellant. Parties inform the Court that, till date, the said Notice of Motion is still pending before the Trial Court.

Considering this, this Court deems it fit to dispose of the present Appeal in terms of the following order:

(i) The Trial Court shall hear and decide the Notice of Motion No. 1168 of 2020 as expeditiously as possible and in any event, on or before 15th June 2026, considering that the Notice of Motion is pending since the past 6 years. (ii) Appeal from Order is disposed of in terms of the above order with no order as to costs.

(iii) All pending Interim Applications taken out in the present Appeal from Order, if any, also stand disposed of in terms of this order, and all interim orders passed therein, if any, shall stand vacated.
