The applicant had deposited an amount Rs. 6 lakhs as per order dated 25 October 2024.

This Court by order dated 19 December 2025 dismissed the petitioner's petition confirming the judgment and order passed by the Co-operative Appellate Court. Therefore, the amount deposited by the applicant in this Court in furtherance of order dated 25 October 2024 shall be allowed to be withdrawn by the respondent - bank along with interest accrued thereon. The amount withdrawn shall be appropriated towards loss of the petitioner and
