The application seek restoration of the writ petition which is dismissed for want of prosecution in the wake of the conditional order passed by the Registrar (Judicial-I) directing removal of the office objections. However, since the office objections were not N. S. Chitnis 1/2
204-ia.1879.2026.doc removed inadvertently within the prescribed time, the writ petition was dismissed.

The interim application which seek restoration of the writ petition also seek condonation of delay of 852 days in filing the same. 3.
We have heard learned counsel Mr. Gangal for the applicants and perused the application.
Testing the bonafides of the justification offered, since we are satisfied that the writ petition deserves to be restored by condoning the delay, the interim application is made absolute and is disposed of accordingly.
The writ petition is restored to its file and taken up for hearing along with the group of Forests matters, which are listed before us.
