We had dismissed the petition on 7th January 2026 for nonprosecution, and the aforesaid Interim Application is taken out for its restoration. The petition was filed challenging an order of 2020 and since there was no appearance on part of the petitioner, we had dismissed the same.

Today, we have even perused the merits of the matter to note that the order dated 22nd July 2020, do not suffer from any perversity and we do not find any sufficient justification to restore the petition which was dismissed for want of prosecution. 3.

Interim Application is dismissed and accordingly disposed of.
