INTERIM APPLICATION NO. 1921 OF 2026 1.

The Applicant has preferred the present Interim Application to permit the Applicants to serve Respondent nos. 4-A, 4-B, 4-B-1 and 4-B-3 through substituted service by issuing a public notice in two newspapers. 2.

For the reasons set out in the application, this Court is satisfied that the present Interim Application is required to be allowed in terms of the following order:

::ORDER::

(i) The present Interim Application is allowed in terms of Prayer Clause (a).

(ii) The Applicant shall publish the notice in two newspapers, one in english language and another in vernacular language having vide circulation near the last known addresses of Respondent nos. 4-A, 4-B, 4-B-1 and 4-B-3 and file an Affidavit-of-Service to that effect before the next date.

(iii) In view of the above, Interim Application No. 1921 of 2026 is disposed of with no order as to costs.

INTERIM APPLICATION NO. 1923 OF 2026 3.

The Applicant has preferred the present Interim Application to permit the Applicants to serve proposed Respondent nos. 4-B-2(a) and 4-B2(b) through substituted service by issuing a public notice in two newspapers.

For the reasons set out in the application, this Court is satisfied that the present Interim Application is required to be allowed in terms of the following order:

::ORDER::

(i) The present Interim Application is allowed in terms of Prayer Clause (a).

(ii) The Applicant shall publish the notice in two newspapers, one in english language and another in vernacular language having vide circulation near the last known addresses of proposed Respondent nos. 4-B-2(a) and 4-B-2(b) and file an Affidavit-of-Service to that effect before the next date.
