Mr. Pethe, learned counsel for the respondent opposed the application for amendment since it will change the structure of the Writ Petition. We are of the view that since this is a preadmission amendment, the same can be allowed as the respondent-Corporation can always file a response on the merits of the amended Writ Petition.

The amendment to be carried out within a period of one week from today.

After the amendment is carried out, the amended copy of the Writ Petition be served on the respondent-Corporation. 5.

The Corporation to file an affidavit-in-reply to the amended Writ Petition within a period of two weeks thereafter. 6.
