This application is made to bring the legal heirs of respondent no. 1.2 Mr. Jayesh Natvarlal Shah on record, since Mr. Jayesh Shah expired on 28th January, 2026.

Mr. Shah, learned counsel for the original appellant and Ms. Bhadrashete, learned counsel for respondent no.2 waives service. 3.

The legal heirs of Mr. Jayesh Natvarlal Shah are the applicant in the present application, namely, Mr. Vijal Shah, Mr. Saahiel Shah and

HMK 06. IA-2039-2026.doc Ms. Himani Shah. There is no serious objection to bring the legal heirs on record.

Application is allowed. Legal heirs are permitted to be brought on record within four weeks from today.

Reverification dispensed with.

Necessary amendments to be carried out in the copies of all the parties and all the proceedings pending before this Court. 7.

Interim application is disposed of.
