All the three Interim Applications are filed for early hearing of the first appeal. The ground given in the application is that the applicants are more than 70 years old.

On 1 December 2025 this Court had passed an order that the by RAJESHWARI SUBODH KARVE Date:
2026.03.17 10:47:14 +0530 matter should come up in regular course though the applicants were RAJESHWARI SUBODH KARVE aware about their age when the said order was passed, inspite of the same the present application is filed.

There are appeals pending in this Court of persons who are more than 80 and 90 years old. This court is making an endeavour to take up old matters in the afternoon session. But, however for the reasons known to the Bar all the matters of all the senior citizens cannot be disposed of on urgent basis though attempts are made by the Bench.
