CORAM :
BHARATI DANGRE & MANJUSHA DESHPANDE, JJ DATE : 16th MARCH 2026 P.C. :
On 10/02/2026 the Writ Petition was dismissed as none represented the petition and in the wake of order dated 25/04/2024 the Petitioner was permitted to terminate the pregnancy.
We clearly recorded that since the cause in the Petition do not survive now, the challenge raised in the Petition was permitted to be taken up in appropriate proceedings. For this reason the writ Petition which is pending since by RAJSHREE KISHOR MORE Date: 2026.03.18 15:06:36 +0530 RAJSHREE KISHOR MORE 2024, was dismissed.

8--IA-2104-2026.odt We see, no reason for its restoration and though the learned counsel for the Petitioner vehemently assert that it involves an important question, we have already granted liberty for the issue to be raised in some other proceedings.
With the above-said observations, Interim Application is disposed off.
