The applicants have filed this interim application to bring on record the legal representatives of the petitioner. It appears that there is delay in filing of application, however, since death occurred after the writ petition is admitted. Therefore, the delay in filing of such application deserves to be condoned liberally. 2.

Hence, interim application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) to (c). Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of one week.
