Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner. 2.

Ms. Shah, the learned Counsel for the petitioner, submits that, all the office objections are already removed, and if there are still any office objections, the petitioner would remove the same within a period of two weeks.

In view of the aforesaid submissions and for the reasons assigned in the application, the order dated 11th December 2025 dismissing the petition for non-removal of office objections stands set aside and the WP(st)/33698/2025 stands restored to file on the condition that, the petitioner shall remove office objections, if any, within a period of three weeks from today. It is hereby made clear that, if the office objections are not removed within the said period, this order shall stand recalled and WP(st)/33698/2025 dismissed, without further reference to the Court.
