Pursuant to the order dated 23rd January 2026 today when the matter is called out, Mr. Jain, learned counsel appears for the Applicant in Interim Application No. 10023 of 2025 and submits that an Interim Application No. 2165 of 2026 has been taken out to implead the

original lessee as party to the proceeding.

The learned Addl. Govt. Pleader appearing for the Respondent/State as well as learned Counsel appearing for the original lessee have no objection if the application is allowed. 3.

Having heard learned Counsel and having considered the submissions, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which reads thus:

"a)That this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to allow this interim application and permit the Applicant to implead the proposed Respondent as Respondent in Interim Application No. 10023 of 2025."

Let the amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks.

5.

Let the amended proceeding be served thereafter to all concerned.
