1.1) It is stated that, the Petitioner passed away on 1st January, 2026 at Bhayandar. That, the Municipal Authority issued a Death Certificate on 1/2

3) In view thereof, Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

3.1) Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of three week from the date of uploading of the present Order on the official website of Bombay High Court.
