By an order dated 02nd February 2024, this Court had granted ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (d). 4.

The petition was however dismissed for non-removal of office objections on 23rd December, 2022.

By an order dated 22nd September, 2025 in IA/1164/2024, the petition stood restored to file and the ad-interim relief was continued for a period of four weeks thereafter. 6.

It seems that, the petitioner thereafter did not move for continuation of the ad-interim relief.

Since the Court had granted ad-interim relief after recording reasons, the ad-interim relief granted by order dated 02nd February 2024 shall continue to operate till the next date. 8.
