Pursuant to the orders dated 30th January 2026, 6th March 2026 and 7th April 2026 passed by this Court, the Court Receiver, acting as the AMOL PREMNATH JADHAV Court Commissioner has submitted a report of today's date enclosing a AMOL PREMNATH JADHAV Date: 2026.05.02 11:37:09 +0530 site report together with several annexures thereto. 2-IA-6255-2025 Harjinder Mankoo Vs. Satnam Mankoo the report is extremely voluminous, by consent of all parties the Court Receiver is directed to submit a soft copy of the same (scanned copy only). Such report shall be provided by the Court Receiver to the parties, on or before 6th May 2026.

The parties are directed to visit the office of the Court Receiver by submitting a pendrive in which the entire report together with the annexures would be copied and provided to the parties. 3.

Considering that, the exercise is now stated to be completed, the Court Receiver is hereby discharged without passing of accounts. Costs payable to the Court Receiver for this report are hereby fixed at Rs. 30,000/-. In addition to the above-mentioned costs amount, a sum of Rs. 5,000/- that is payable for this Report shall also be paid to the Court Receiver. Costs shall be paid to the Court Receiver prior to taking the copy of the report. The Court Receiver is entitled to deduct this amount from the Suit Account. Court Receiver's office shall release this amount to one of the representatives of the Court Receiver. 4.

The Court Receiver's Report no. 179 of 2026 is accordingly disposed of in terms of this order.
